Getting help
Email hello@ultramarlabs.io. A person reads it and replies, usually within two business days. Tell us what you expected to see and what the page showed instead.
A row you think is wrong
This is the report we most want. Send the subscription ID from the row and what you believe is actually true about it. The app deliberately stays quiet about healthy subscriptions, so a row that should not be there is as much of a bug as one that is missing, and both are the kind we fix rather than explain away.
A renewal that is missing from the list
Two ordinary reasons before it is a bug. The window is 60 days, so a renewal further out is not shown. And a subscription that is incomplete, canceled or expired is excluded on purpose, because it is not going to renew. If neither applies, send us the subscription ID.
Why the total is called an upper bound
Stripe's Card Account Updater refreshes most US-issued cards automatically and does not expose which ones, so some flagged cards will renew themselves. We cannot de-noise that, and would rather say so than present a number that quietly overstates the risk. If you bill mostly outside the US, expect the list to be tighter.
Copy as CSV, and why it is not a download
Stripe apps run in a sandboxed frame with downloads disabled, so a file cannot be produced. The button copies the list to your clipboard instead, which is why it says Copy rather than Download. If pressing it reports that copying failed, your browser has refused clipboard access to the frame; selecting the table and copying it directly works.
Deleting your data
There is nothing to delete. The app has no server and stores nothing — uninstalling ends its access immediately and leaves no residue. If you would like that confirmed in writing for an audit, email hello@ultramarlabs.io and we will.
