What it costs

A clear first step. A scoped price for what comes next.

You don’t need to commit to a software build to find out what would help. Start with a paid session, then decide whether the next step is worth doing.

Build or connect

Priced to the agreed scope

We define the workflow, integrations, migration, testing and handoff before quoting the work. A focused improvement and a whole operating system should have different scopes.

You see deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and milestone payments before committing. Requests beyond that scope are agreed separately.

Efficient development means we can do more with less overhead. The price still covers the work required to deliver and support a reliable result.

An ongoing relationship

Technology Partner

Kevin works alongside your business on software decisions, connected workflows, practical AI and team training. You can start without commissioning a build.

Smaller engagements may fit $500–$1,000/month. We quote the monthly fee around your needs, agreed capacity and level of involvement.

Larger builds, travel, subscriptions and usage costs are identified separately in your proposal.

Maintain your system

Care

Keep a system we’ve built supported through agreed maintenance, monitoring and fixes. The plan defines what’s included and how issues are handled.

Care is scoped to the system and support needs. Technology Partner is the broader relationship for continuing decisions and improvements across your business.

Your proposal separates ongoing service, hosting and third-party usage costs.

A scope protects both sides.

We agree on the outcome and what it takes to get there. The proposal includes acceptance criteria, your team’s responsibilities, the timeline, and how we handle changes. Milestones make progress and payment expectations visible.

If an existing product solves the problem well, we’ll recommend it. Integration access, software plans and data quality can affect what is practical; we check those before promising a connection.
