These describe how the site and the platform actually work today. They are reviewed by counsel before contract signature; the contracted terms of an engagement are set out in the agreement itself.
1. Purpose
This covers the site and any system we host for you. It is short because the rules are short.
2. Demonstrations
Demonstrations use invented data. Do not present them as a record of your own business, and do not enter real personal or confidential information into them.
3. Prohibited activity
No attempts to breach or overload the service, no scraping at scale, no reaching for data that is not yours, no misrepresenting the service or its content, and no using a system we host to store data it was not built to hold — protected health information in particular, unless a Business Associate Agreement is already in place.
4. Reporting
