Getting help
Email hello@ultramarlabs.io. A person reads it and replies, usually within one business day. Tell us what you typed and what happened; if you can include the space name it is faster.
Reporting a bug or a missed reminder
Email the same address, and say the label, the date on the entry, and roughly when you expected to hear from the app. The app keeps a short activity log per space, which is how we can tell whether a reminder was sent, sent late, or never sent at all — so a report like this usually gets a real answer rather than a shrug.
Deleting your data
Removing the app from a space stops everything immediately, and the entries are deleted 90 days later by an automatic job. To have them deleted sooner, email hello@ultramarlabs.io and we will do it within seven days and confirm.
Commands
Type `/expiry help` in any space the app is in for the full list. The essentials: `/expiry add Liability insurance 2027-03-04` to watch something, `/expiry list` to see everything soonest-first, `/expiry done Liability insurance` to stop watching one, and `/expiry settings` for reminders, the digest and the timezone.
Dates
`2027-03-04` and `4 Mar 2027` both work. Slash dates like `03/04/2027` are refused on purpose rather than guessed — they mean March 4th to some people and April 3rd to others, and a confident wrong date is worse than a question.
