If something in the business feels slow, disconnected, or manual — or you want to know where AI could genuinely help — it's a fit. You don't need to have identified the solution, or even the exact problem, before we talk.

A real example of the workflow that frustrates you, and a rough sense of who touches it and where it tends to stall. No decks, spreadsheets, or documents are required — though you're welcome to share one if it helps.

Yes. Bring the tasks you're hoping AI could take on. We'll be specific about where it genuinely helps, where a person still needs to review the output, and where it isn't worth doing yet. You'll leave with a straight answer, not a pitch.

Remote by default — a scheduled video call is enough for most Working Sessions. Onsite is available when seeing the work in person genuinely changes the answer, and we'll say so if we think it does.

We reserve 90 minutes. Most conversations run 60–90 depending on how many workflows we get into. We'd rather protect the time than rush the part where the real problem surfaces.

At a high level: we ask only for what we need to understand the problem, we don't share what you tell us, and we can keep sensitive specifics out of the written Brief if you'd prefer. Formal confidentiality terms are handled before any deeper engagement begins.

Within 24 hours, a written Working Session Brief: what we heard, two or three concrete solution directions, the business change each would create, our recommended first move, a preliminary range, and a clear next step. It's yours to keep and use however you like.

The full $250 credits toward a direct qualifying build, or toward a $5,000 Field Study. If we conclude a custom build isn't justified, we'll tell you plainly — and you still keep the Brief.
